Quiz

Article 1: Subject

There are 4 competitions as of now: Graphic Designing, Photography, Quiz and Content writing. The quiz consists of a multiple choice questionnaire on a particular topic that will be posted on our Facebook page & Website. The winners will be chosen by our judges from the names of the participants who have realized a perfect score. For graphic designing, content writing and photography the topics will be posted same as for the quiz.

Article 2: Conditions of participation

2.1 Participation in the competitions is free and open to all persons above 16 years old.

2.2 Big-Path reserves the right to conduct necessary checks in order to verify the identity and/or e-mail address of the participants.

2.3 The persons who have given incomplete or inaccurate personal and contact details will be disqualified for the draw, as will be the persons who refuse that their personal details – which are necessary for the game – be collected, kept and used.

2.4 Participation in the competitions implies that participants accept the integrality of these rules. Non-compliance with the rules results in the automatic cancellation of the participation in the competitions and of the candidacy for the prize

Article 3: Terms of participation

3.1 3.1 The Quiz will be available on (DATE: 20th May 2020, PAK TIME: 6:00PM) AND live for 10 minutes (ON GOOGLE FORM) and all the participants will have to take it in the given time.

3.2 The participant answers 20 questions and validates his or her participation by clicking on the final sending button, and by giving his or her personal information.

3.3 Most Important: Late submission exceeding even a minute will not be entertained.

Article 4: Awarding the prize

4.1 The winners will be decided entirely on merit and contacted via e-mail (on 22nd May 2020). The prize money will be sent to their Easypaisa or Jazzcash account as per the information provided on their registration form. Winners of each competition will receive cash prize of PKR 1000.

Article 5: Publication of the results

All participants will be able to see the overall results of the competitions on:

Article 6: Dispute and responsibilities

6.1 Participation in the competitions implies that the participant accepts the integrality of the rules, including during their intervention, amendments et potential additions.

6.2 Inaccurate or dishonest declarations, or any fraud, results in the participant’s disqualification.

6.3 Big-Path's responsibility will not be engaged if, in a case of force majeure as recognized by the local laws, or any event beyond its control, it were to cancel any of the competition.

6.4 Big-Path will be able to cancel or put on hold all or part of the competitions if it appears that fraud was committed in any form during participation. Big-Path reserves the right, in this case, of not awarding the case to the person who committed fraud and/or to sue in front of competent authorities the authors of the fraud.

Big-Path:

● Assumes no liability in case the internet network, phone lines, or any reception tool dysfunctions and prevents the effective functioning.. Moreover; its responsibility will not be engaged for problems related to the transport, reception or loss of mail or e-mail.

● Assumes no liability in case of technical, material or software malfunction or defect (virus, bug) affecting the participants’ computer system or computer equipment and data, and the related consequences on their professional, personal or commercial activity.

Article 7: Confidentiality

The data held by the Big-Path is strictly covered by professional secrecy, and this also applies to all information communicated to Big-Path during the competitions.

Big-Path commits to taking all necessary protective measures in order to keep these information secure and notably to prevent their alteration, damage, or their being transmitted to unauthorized persons.
